The One Light and Two Light towers added over 600 luxury apartments to the downtown Power & Light District. RTE Technologies, Inc. served as JE Dunn’s Project Construction Engineering Consultant for these projects. We provided constructability and structural design peer reviews, designed tower crane base and tie-ins to the building, designed a commercial elevator installation system, and consulted on a variety of troubleshooting tasks for construction problems.
The lifting equipment bases required significant coordination to avoid conflicts with existing utilities in the city streets. Both projects had short construction schedules, requiring our quick response time to solve construction problems as they arose.
RTE Technologies, Inc. will continue to work with JE Dunn on the third tower.
